Scanning allowance
The 200-scan monthly allowance is not currently enforced. Extra scans are temporarily available at no additional charge. We’ll give advance notice before enforcement begins.
Online payment fees
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Nimos charges a 0.1% platform fee on successful online payments through Nimos Pay Links or the Stripe integration—HK$0.10 for every HK$100 paid. Stripe processing fees apply separately.
Support
We aim to provide an initial email reply within 2–3 business days. Pro enquiries receive priority. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
Support covers using Nimos and technical issues. Individual accounting advice, tax advice and bookkeeping services are outside the scope of product support.
